I am a Masters in Dietetics and Food Science Management, a Yogashashtri, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Certified Acupuncturist. In my early years, I studied Microbiology. I have 30 years of experience in teaching yoga. I have my yoga students spread all across the globe.
